This post introduces the renewed printing of al-Kawkab al-Wahhāj, a major work by Sīdī Aḥmad Skiredj on the litanies, rules, foundations, and conditions of the Tijāni path.
The professor stresses the singular importance of this book and reminds disciples that their primary concern should be obligations, proper conduct, and sound practice rather than extraordinary tales.
In that sense, the piece is also a spiritual orientation: a call to return to the fiqh of invocation, to adab, and to constancy in practice.
